The undervoltage check relays series DVS are intended to check for the absence of voltage on lines and busses, to enable the supply transitions, manual or automatic, between different busbar systems. Owing to their low frequency sensitivity, they take as well into account the voltage generated by the residual flux of induction motors, so as to avoid dangerous current transients.
The relays are available with single, two and three-phase input, and they operate only if the voltages of all the existing input circuits fall below the preset threshold. Operation is delayed with independent time.
